For a school of 400 children there are typically over 3500 photos uploaded for parents to view. To adjust and detail edit them all would be a huge workload. Therefore for efficiency we only edit those that need it before they are printed. If there are any specific edits required, be sure to send us a message once you have placed your order. All schools can expect a monthly delivery of orders during peak ordering season.
These deliveries are FREE and orders will be batched according to when the order was placed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer additional touch up services?
With the workload involved, we do not complete detailed editing to school photos prior to purchase and there are a number of reasons for this.
Most school photography companies only provide one photo, we aim to provide between 4 and 10 photos per child.
Editing all photos prior to purchase would impact our turnaround time and our costs, so instead, we offer a free touch up service for printed photos on a request only basis.
If there is something specific you would like corrected then please leave a note against your order or send an email quoting your order number to make your request known, the team will then ensure your photos are edited prior to printing.
Examples of common detailed edits we complete are: Marks and spillages on clothing, blemishes (such as bruises, cuts & scrapes), untucked shirts and background adjustments. Our free touch up service is at the descretion of our team and although we do our best to make minor corrections we will not be able to make any further changes once the photographs have been printed. It is important you send us a message with your request as soon as your order is placed.
Purchasing Digital Downloads
Digital Downloads are always available to purchase for individual and sibling photographs but not class photos.
After purchase, a download link will be immediately emailed to you however if you do need any touch ups completing do send an email request and we will complete these for you. During peak season, processing printed orders are prioritised so there may be a waiting period for digital edits to be completed.
I haven't recieved digital proof cards for all of my children. What could have happened?
Most of the schools we work with provide us with a database of parents email addresses to send digital proof cards, but we work with a handful of schools who do not wish to share data, in this case you will need to wait until your child brings home a printed proof card from school.
We rely on advanced software to scan QR codes and assign access codes and photos to parents contact details however sometimes the scanning does not work correctly and we need to assign new access codes. This is rare, but our team will manually process your childs photos and send a printed proof card for your child to bring home.
If you have not recieved an email from us or the school with details of how to order your childs photographs, then do check in with your schools office who will hold a copy of your access code.
Why does one of my children have more photos than the other and why are they posed differently?
We arent restrictive on how many photographs are uploaded for each child so the amount of images will vary depending on how interactive your child was on the day. We aim for a minimum of 4 images per child but if your child wants to pose and is happy to take more photos there could be a lot more photos to choose from, we've seen some children with up to 20 photo options so please encourage your child to smile for the camera.
Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
If they go to the same school then yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login".
You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order to save time. Should you wish to purchase from multiple codes, Package 3 and our Legacy package allows you to select images from different access codes.
Do you offer discounts?
We believe we are already a very affordable school photographer and provide great value for money.
Heres how our business works - We do not charge schools to visit and take photos, this is free of charge. Our only income is from the sale of the photos. We maintain our low pricing by printing in house and After the sale period is complete we donate a percentage of our profits back schools in ways that directly impact the children such as new resources, supplies, uniforms, sports kit, outdoor equipment, school trips etc.
Our aim is to bring professional photography into every household in a fun and affordable way while also directly benefitting the children.
What is the difference between mounted and unmounted prints
Unmounted prints are a popular option for families who wish to frame photographs themselves.
Mounted prints come in a black mount with either a silver/white trim with a pop out stand on the back, your photos can be easily removed from the mount if you choose to frame them at a later date.
Why does the style of photograph differ from previous years?
We aim for consistancy across photographs that we take but equally we are not your typical school photographers.
Luke is an award winning portrait photographer and trains his team to a higher standard than most school photographers.
Lighting differs to make the photo flattering to different faces and body types and we have a large range of backgrounds available which are not always used in the same schools each year.
Typically a grey or dark background is the preferred choice by parents as it is modern and versatile but we also offer many others such as blue, pink, purple, white, black and neutral options so the colours may change depending on what the school wants each year.
How long will the delivery take?
Initially we offer free delivery to the school, check with your school for the latest delivery updates. After the free delivery dates have passed you will be able to order to your home address at a cost of £4.50 per order, these orders will be sent within 7-10 working days after you have completed your order.
Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect our work against unauthorised screenshots/downloads but all paid for images will have the watermark removed.
Can I crop the images?
You can adjust crops for each photo during the order process.
Please be mindful that photos will be printed however you have cropped them and we are not responsible if they do not fit within mounts or frames easily.
How can I pay for my order?
Payments are all made online at the time of your order using the secure Stripe payment system.
Do you photograph siblings from other schools?
Yes, we open our studio for a set number of days per year for school sessions.
Parents can bring children from ANY school to us on these dates. So if you have siblings at multiple schools, your child missed photo day or you are unhappy with the school photos you recieved, pop along and have them retaken. The cost of these sessions is just £12 plus the cost of your print package.
