Do you offer additional touch up services?
With the workload involved, we do not complete detailed editing to all of school photos uploaded on our system prior to purchase.
Instead we offer a free touch up service for printed photos on request. If there is something specific you would like corrected then please leave a note or send an email quoting your order number to make your request known, the team will ensure your photos are edited prior to printing.
Examples of common detailed edits we complete are: Marks and spillages on clothing, blemishes (such as bruises, cuts & scrapes), untucked shirts, etc
Our free touch up service is at the descretion of our team and although we do our best to make minor corrections we will not be able to make any further changes once the photographs have been printed.
